BOOKS: Although most of the editorial material created by the BPC
staff is published in print form, generally newsletters and magazines,
which we distribute to our client's customers, prospects and others; an
increasing amount of the content we produce is posted on our client's
Web pages. We also publish books. The books tend to be "official histories"
of an organization or a place.
We have produced technical publications, medical directories and books requiring considerable historical research. Some of these books have been created for special occasions, such as a company's 50th anniversary, others have been created for special events such as the Olympic Games. All contained top notch quality editorial and superior production values. One book we published for a client, of which we are particularly proud,
is The Official History of the Medal of Honor, which we researched,
wrote and published for The Congressional Medal of Honor Society. Our
staff personally interviewed nearly every one of the 199 living recipients
of The Medal of Honor. What a challenge!
Our staff has also produced award-winning books such as The Vietnam
Experience book series which we published in partnership with Time-Life
Books. This twenty-five volume book series sold more than 9 million
copies collectively and was twice nominated for a Pulitzer Prize in
history.
